This Refund Policy applies to all products, services, software solutions, CRM systems, subscriptions, hosting, development services, and digital services provided by Datfuslab Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

By purchasing or using any Datfuslab service or product, you agree to this Refund Policy.

No Refund Policy

All payments made to Datfuslab Technologies Pvt. Ltd. are final and non-refundable under any circumstances.

This policy applies to, but is not limited to:

  • CRM software purchases (including MyDonation CRM / NGO CRM)
  • Subscription fees (monthly, quarterly, yearly)
  • AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) charges
  • Website development and software development fees
  • Mobile app development fees
  • Digital marketing services
  • Bulk SMS/WhatsApp credits or service fees
  • Custom integrations and API setup charges
  • Hosting, server, and cloud service charges
  • UI/UX design services
  • Technical consultation fees
  • Customization or feature enhancement charges

Clients are responsible for reviewing the product or service requirements before making any payment.

Request Demo Before Purchase

Since no refunds are provided, clients are strongly advised to:

  • Request a free demo (if available)
  • Ask for trial access
  • Clarify all doubts with our sales team
  • Verify all features required for their use case

After purchasing or subscribing, refunds will not be issued even if you decide to stop using the service.

Third-Party Charges

Datfuslab is not responsible for any charges or refunds related to third-party services such as:

  • Payment Gateways
  • SMS & WhatsApp API providers
  • Email service providers
  • Hosting providers (AWS, DigitalOcean, etc.)
  • Google, Meta, or other advertising platforms

Refunds for third-party services must be handled directly with the respective provider.

Service Interruption or Server Issues

No refunds will be provided for downtime, interruptions, or technical issues caused by:

  • Server outage or cloud provider failure
  • Third-party API downtime
  • Internet connectivity issues
  • Client-side device or network issues
  • Incorrect configuration done by the client

Custom Development Work

Payments for custom development work are non-refundable because:

  • Time and resources are allocated immediately upon order
  • Work begins as soon as project details are agreed
  • Delivered work cannot be returned or reversed

Partial or incomplete delivery due to client delays does not qualify for any refund.

Service Cancellation

Clients may cancel their service at any time, but cancellation will:

  • Not result in any refund
  • Not transfer remaining subscription balance to another service

After cancellation or expiry, Datfuslab may permanently delete associated data. Data recovery is not guaranteed.

Policy Updates

Datfuslab may update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after updates signifies acceptance of the revised policy.
